A good experience is when you don't have to deal with the vendor at all. Ordered this through Walmart and I consider a good experience is when you get the product in a reasonable amount of time and it exceeds your expectations from the product description. Frankly I expected it to be pretty, but it was also very sturdy, well made and functional.
