I purchased two storage racks but the layout of my joists and garage door would only allow installation of one. I want to return one rack in unopened condition, but the seller says to contact Walmart. Walmart says to contact the seller. I will avoid this seller in the future.

Fast shipping and good product. The accessories and hardware count was less than described. The nuts and bolts that hold the rack came short, luckily my installer had extra with him so it worked out. Also the accessory hooks came short. There were 8 per rack, so total 16.
