Item was shipped great wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag to keep chrome from getting scratched.

Your products are good, those filling the orders need to read the packing plips better. I only received 1 of the 2 tires ! order. I contacted them the day I received the order by phone and text, and was told they would send the other out. one week later no tire, when I sent a text they said they forgot and promised to get it in the mail for me. It has been another week and still no tire.
