Advertising makes it look like you're paying for 3 games and ears plag but it’s WRONG! Be careful

Item was shipped quickly and came well packaged. My only complaint is that the instructions were in Japanese/Chinese? There was no English version at all. Even the box was in another language. Fortunately my son-in-law knows to use the device and did not need the instructions.

Shipping was smooth and the PS5 and game arrived on the date promised. There were no issues at all and communication/tracking was crystal clear. Same goes for overall pricing. There were no surprises. Well, maybe one. The game play exceeded my expectations. Thanks for helping make memories for a couple older gamers (me 44, my older bro turning 46 soon).

You expect to get what you see advertised in the picture and you don't. No steering wheel etc.

False advertisement, the picture showed that the steering wheels for the Nintendo switch are included however they are not included! Very disappointing

This seller should not be allowed to do business on Walmart.com—or anywhere else. The product description was misleading, so I initiated a return well within the return window clearly stated in Walmart’s email. The seller refused to accept the return and told me to deal with Walmart instead. After two months of going back and forth with Walmart.com, I’m now out $340 with nothing to show for it. This seller is unethical and should not be permitted on this platform. Buyers beware.
