everything arrived and when expected the price was very reasonable everything was in the Box it worked easy to install I did have to purchase one other thing which was my fault because I did not expect to need it

HSMHS did an excellent job delivering a product that was well packaged and well made. Although, UPS failed on delivering the first shipment to correct address, of they delivered it at all. After filing a claim for missing delivery that never arrived, HSMHS got one delivered to me a few days later. I never heard about an update on the missing original delivery, but thankfully got my product and got it installed. This was UPS's fault for failing to deliver the first package and they conveniently failed to show photo proof where they left the package that never made it to my address. I literally opened my front door and attempted to retrieve the missing package within a minute of delivery, but nothing was to be found anywhere on my property. Considering that I get multiple packages delivered successfully by UPS year around with no issues, I can only deduce that they may have had a substitute driver that day and they didn't deliver the package, or delivered it somewhere that was not my address. Considering I live on a residential street and none of my neighbors said anything, I assumed the original package was never delivered. Nothing even showed up on my front door camera before or after I got the delivery notification from Walmart and UPS that day. The replacement delivery had none of these issues, so thankful for a company like HSMHS for taking care of the customer along with Walmart.
