Pésima experiencia. Realicé una devolución el 17 de junio y, a estas alturas, ni el vendedor me ha reembolsado mi dinero ni Walmart ha tomado responsabilidad como plataforma para resolver el problema. Es increíble que permitan que vendedores operen en su sitio sin garantizar la seguridad del dinero del cliente. Me siento estafado; retienen mi artículo y mi dinero. Si no tienen intención de procesar el reembolso, no deberían permitir devoluciones. Exijo una solución inmediata

No issues. Arrived on schedule. Shoes are exactly as ordered - brand new discontinued HOKA Mach V’s. ❤️❤️

Do not trust the seller, “Stadium Goods because you don’t know what you’ll actually get. They did a bait and switch on us. We were told to notify them through Walmart which we did and we would be contacted in 48 hours. It has been four days. We’ve heard nothing. I will check with the California consumer protection bureau today to find out if we have any recourse through them because I’m pretty sure bait and switch is still illegal in California. BEWARE: BAIT AND SWITCH

La peor experiencia y la peor atención. Por su error enviaron los zapatos equivocados y ahora no quieren hacerse responsable de la pérdida de dinero que implicaría enviar los zapatos de retorno a dentro de los Estados Unidos. Sinceramente poca empatía y poca amabilidad. Ellos cometieron el error de enviar los zapatos equivocados, los zapatos luego fueron enviados fuera de los Estados Unidos y ahora debo gastar mucho dinero para devolver algo que ellos enviaro mal...

After reading all of the bad reviews on this company I was scared! I had no issues with my order, shoes or delivery! Came earlier than expected and the shoes are amazing!

Terrible seller Very difficult to return the brand new item back I won’t buy from again

BEWARE. Stadiumgoods does not respond to emails and does not give refunds. I've dealt with them on March 2026, never responded to my emails.

Couldn’t return to store but had no problem getting a shipping label to return to seller.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** Got ripped off over $200.00 with this seller! Order a pair of shoes and got something completely different. I returned the shoes as they instructed but I never received a refund. When I repeatedly questioned the seller about my refund, they just kept saying they already refunded me. They would not provide me with any proof where the refund went and I received NO credit on my Paypal or Visa. I was wrong to assume Walmart .com was a safe place to purchase from. Walmart should pull this seller from their website.
