i gave 2 stars because you are unable to return their merchandise to the store for your refund. you have to jump thru hoops to return one doll outfit, especially after ordering several other doll clothes items and counted on a refund thru walmart to offset the cost of the other items. the one set i did not care for, i just ended up keeping because it wasnt worth the time it would've taken to go directly to them with my item in order to get my refund.
