I got wrong bottle, gave it back. It isn't first time.

The seller is advertising the largest bottle for this price, but is delivering the smaller one. Don't buy it from Beauty Pro!

Product is not the same. Something has changed in the formula or something. Doesnt hold style AT ALL.

I received a product that was more than one year past its expiration date. This was a clear seller-side error, and as a result, I had to contact customer support and go through an unnecessary return process. Although the return and refund were eventually completed, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The final message I received simply stated that a refund had been issued, with no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment that a product over one year expired had been sent, and no refund details. Shipping a product that expired over a year ago is unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend extra time and effort correcting a mistake that should never have happened.

When product was received the top was lose and half had spilled out into packaging.

It took way longer to be delivered than originally quoted but the delays were always communicated about.

Scam artists who bully you in order to avoid taking accountability. I ordered the Amika Dream Rountine for hair. I've bought this product for years from Sephora so I know exactly what to expect with it on top of it being one of my favorite things. For some reason, I decided to save $10 and buy it from this seller this time. This product normally has a serum like consistency.It smells amazing and works instantly. What I got from beauty pro instead was a thick conditioner like consistency , that smells like plastic , and when I put it in my hair , it didn't work at all. When I called beauty pro directly and told them I received a counterfeit product.I got a rude man who told me.The conversation isn't gonna go well if I call his products counterfit. Should have just hung up then and saved myself the trouble.But I continued the conversation just for him to try to tell me over and over again that they get the product direct from manufacturers.And there's no way that it's not what it's intended to be. He told me the process of return.And process a refund. Okay.Yeah, obviously I'm going to do that.But it doesn't make up for the fact that you opened up this bottle and put a different product inside of it and then sold it. Again I've been buying this product for years and know what to expect! The man I spoke to on the phone was rude.The entire time, again, I assume as a tactic to get me to just give up.And at the end told me he "doesn't care if I buy his products from him again , it's not his problem". Please save your money and yourself from a very poor experience.And by literally anything else from anyone else!

Poor packaging, content spilled into box. Will not order again!
