I was gentle with this product Yet 3 teeth of the comb broke off on the first use. very disappointed. I wanted to try something new that I e never seen before that's been heavily advertised to clean your scalp %26 as I barely added any pressure "3 teeth of the comb broke off." I haven't been offered a refund, I think they want me to return it %26 that's kind of a gross thought all together, Do they return used underwear too lol.. Anyhow, it's of no use to me, I'm about to toss it in the trash, it just sits here broken "Money lost too as I have yet to get a refund." I sure would like a refund !!!!
