This is an update on my original 5 star review…the first necklace I received was damaged…seller refunded and I bought another one… 2nd necklace was perfect.. so I bought another one for a Xmas gift… seller promised to have it checked for damages before sending out… when I received the necklace it was just like the first necklace… the CZ stone setting on last stone was set higher up than other stones…so I had to return again… and no gift for Xmas … other than that the shipping was quick and 2nd necklace was beautiful…I didn’t order again as it is a hit or miss if your going to get a good one or a damaged one and I wouldn’t have received it in time for Xmas…actually I would have given a 3 1/2 star just for the inconvenience for buying and returning twice and quality control…

Honestly, I never do reviews but Bijan went way out of his way to make this a really great experience. First of all, the item just came into stock a couple of days before our anniversary. Bijan overnighted the package so I would have it to give to my wife on our anniversary. Unfortunately, the stones were not quite the quality that they should have been and so we exchanged emails and he told me to return the first item and he would go to his supplier and hand pick a replacement. We just received the replacement and it is perfect and my wife is so very very happy. Thank you Bijan for going out of your way to make this a special experience.
