communication poor , delivery time kept changing, Fed Ex driver had no idea where he was going must have used Google Maps. Tried to deliver to an empty building nowhere near my address even wrong street. So back to hub in Rockford delivered a day later. Really love the chair, hope second one I just ordered gets delivered without so much confusion.
