Arrived fast. The first one out of the box jammed up and quit working. I tossed it because I bought ten and they will last me 10 years. The second one is going strong. I normally buy these at one of the dollar stores. They jam up too. However, with a bit of patience they are easy to disassemble and fix the tape when it mis-aligns.

First delivery I got a pack of one whiteboard when I ordered a two pack. Made me send it back instead of sending another one. Second delivery was still a single pack! Don’t advertise a double pack and then repeatedly send one. What a rip off.

it looks like a good product but there are no assembly instructions just blotchy distorted pictures. After corresponding 4 times i still have no idea where a part goes. However they were quick to respond to my questions with more blobby pictures. Still no idea. Kind of afraid to try it out.
