Hanging streamers on your wall is simple and can add instant color to any space. Here’s how you can do it:

• Choose your spot: Decide where you want the streamers to go—across a wall, doorway, or as a backdrop.
• Use gentle adhesives: Painter’s tape or removable adhesive hooks work well and help prevent wall damage.
• Layer for effect: Try twisting paper streamers or overlapping metallic fringe curtains for a fun look.
• Secure the ends: Make sure both ends are firmly attached so the streamers stay in place throughout your event.

Always test adhesives in a small area first to make sure they won’t leave marks.

Decorating a wall on a budget is easy with streamers and other simple supplies. Here are a few ideas:

• Layer streamers: Mix colors and types, like paper and foil, for a dynamic effect.
• Create shapes: Arrange streamers in zigzags, arches, or a photo booth backdrop.
• Add garlands: Combine star or swirl garlands with streamers for extra flair.
• DIY touches: Use tape to create patterns or add balloons for more dimension.

These options are affordable and let you customize your space for any occasion.

Many wall streamers, especially those made from foil or plastic, can be reused if removed carefully. To reuse them:

• Gently detach: Peel off adhesives slowly to avoid tearing.
• Store flat or rolled: Keep streamers in a cool, dry place to prevent wrinkles or damage.
• Check for wear: Inspect for any tears or creases before using again.

Paper streamers are more delicate and may not last as long, but foil and plastic varieties often hold up well for multiple celebrations.

Choosing the right streamer color can help set the mood for your event. Consider these tips:

• Match your theme: Pick colors that fit your party’s theme, like pastels for baby showers or metallics for New Year’s.
• Coordinate with other decor: Look at your tableware, balloons, and banners for inspiration.
• Mix and match: Don’t be afraid to combine a few colors for a vibrant look.

Walmart offers a variety of shades, so you can find streamers that complement any occasion.
