Choosing the right shipping label size depends on your package and your shipping carrier's requirements. Common sizes include 4x1 inches and 3x5 inches, which fit well on most boxes and envelopes. If you're mailing smaller parcels, a compact label may be easier to fit and read. For larger packages, a bigger label can help ensure important information is visible. Always check your carrier's guidelines before printing or applying labels to make sure your package will be processed smoothly.

Priority labels are designed to indicate that a package should be handled with urgency, but they don't automatically upgrade your shipping service.

• For official expedited services, you'll need to purchase the appropriate postage from your carrier.
• Using a priority label on a standard package may help alert handlers, but it won't guarantee faster delivery.
• Always check with your shipping provider for their specific rules on label usage to avoid delays or confusion.

To help your shipping labels stay secure during transit, follow these tips:

1. Clean the surface of your package so it's free from dust and moisture.
2. Apply the label smoothly, pressing down on all edges to prevent peeling.
3. If your package is textured or curved, reinforce the label with clear tape, making sure not to cover any barcodes or important information.

Bilingual shipping labels can be especially helpful if your packages are traveling through regions where multiple languages are spoken.

• They help ensure that handling instructions, like 'Priority' or 'Rush,' are understood by more people along the delivery route.
• This can reduce the risk of miscommunication and help your package get the attention it needs.

Most priority shipping labels come pre-printed with clear instructions like 'Priority' or 'Rush.'

• If you're filling out a blank label, include the recipient's name, address, and any special handling notes.
• Make sure all information is legible and matches your shipping documents.
• Avoid covering essential details with tape or stickers.
