Poly mailers are great for sending a variety of items that don't need extra protection from impacts. They're commonly used for clothing, documents, soft goods, and small accessories. Because they're lightweight and water-resistant, poly mailers help keep your items safe from moisture and dirt during transit. For fragile or breakable items, it's best to use additional packing materials or consider a box. Always check the item's size and shape to make sure it fits comfortably inside the mailer.

• Use the built-in adhesive strip: Most poly mailers come with a peel-and-stick closure. Remove the protective strip and press firmly to seal.
• Double-check the seal: Run your fingers along the edge to ensure it's fully closed.
• For extra security: You can add packing tape over the seal, especially for heavier or valuable items.

Proper sealing helps prevent your package from opening during shipping and keeps contents safe.

Poly mailers are designed to be water-resistant, which means they help protect your items from rain, splashes, and moisture during shipping. While they're not fully waterproof, they offer a good barrier against most everyday conditions. If you're shipping items that are sensitive to water, consider adding an extra layer of protection inside the mailer, like a plastic bag or wrap.

You can write addresses or notes directly on poly mailers using a permanent marker. For best results, use a bold, waterproof marker to ensure the writing stays visible and doesn't smudge. If you prefer, you can also attach adhesive shipping labels, which stick well to the smooth surface of poly mailers. Always double-check that the information is clear and legible before shipping.

1. Measure your item: Check the length, width, and thickness of what you want to ship.
2. Add a little extra: Choose a mailer that's slightly larger to allow for easy sealing and any padding.
3. Check mailer dimensions: Poly mailers come in various sizes, so match your item to the closest fit.

Picking the right size helps prevent overstuffing and ensures your package arrives safely.
