Choosing the right disc weight depends on who's playing and how you plan to use it. Most adult and competitive games use discs around 175 grams, which offer a good balance of stability and distance. Lighter discs, like those around 145 grams, can be easier for younger players or beginners to throw and catch. Heavier discs, such as 200 grams, are often used for casual play or windy conditions. Consider your skill level and playing environment when selecting a disc weight for the best experience.
