A treadmill screen typically displays key workout stats to help you track your progress. You’ll often see:

• Speed – Your current pace in miles or kilometers per hour.
• Distance – How far you’ve walked or run during your session.
• Time – The duration of your workout.
• Calories burned – An estimate based on your activity.
• Incline level – If your treadmill has incline features, this shows the current setting.

Some screens also display heart rate, workout programs, or even connect to apps and Bluetooth speakers for added motivation.

Using a treadmill touch screen is usually straightforward. Here’s a general guide:

1. Start by pressing the power button to turn on the treadmill.
2. Tap the screen to wake it up if needed.
3. Browse the menu to select your workout mode, adjust speed, or set incline.
4. Some screens let you connect to fitness apps or Bluetooth speakers for music and tracking.

Always check your treadmill’s manual for specific instructions, as features can vary by model. If you’re unsure, many screens have on-screen prompts to guide you through setup and use.

Yes, many treadmill screens can be replaced if they’re damaged or stop working. Replacement screens and display panels are available for various models. Before purchasing, make sure to:

• Check your treadmill’s make and model for compatibility.
• Review installation instructions—some screens are easy to swap, while others may need professional help.
• Consider reaching out to the manufacturer or a qualified technician if you’re unsure about the process.

Walmart offers a range of replacement screens and accessories to help keep your treadmill in top shape.

If your treadmill screen isn’t powering up, there could be a few reasons:

• Power supply: Double-check that the treadmill is plugged in and the outlet works.
• Safety key: Many treadmills won’t start unless the safety key is inserted.
• Loose connections: Inspect the cables connecting the screen to the treadmill base.
• Display issues: Sometimes, the screen itself may need a reset or replacement.

If these steps don’t help, consult your treadmill’s manual or contact customer support for further troubleshooting.

Cleaning a treadmill screen is simple and helps keep your display clear. Here’s how:

• Turn off and unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
• Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen.
• If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water—avoid harsh cleaners or sprays directly on the screen.
• Dry the screen with a clean, dry cloth to prevent streaks.

Regular cleaning can help maintain visibility and extend the life of your treadmill’s display.
