Bluetooth trackers connect to your phone and help you locate misplaced items like keys, bags, or wallets. When you can't find something, you can use the tracker’s app to make it ring or see its last known location on a map. If your item is out of Bluetooth range, the app can show where it was last connected. Some trackers also let you use the device to find your phone by making it ring, even if it's on silent. This makes everyday searching a lot easier and less stressful.

Yes, most Bluetooth trackers are designed to work with both iOS and Android devices. You just need to download the compatible app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, follow the setup instructions to pair your tracker with your phone. This cross-platform compatibility means you can switch phones or share trackers with family members, regardless of their device type. Always check the product details to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

• Tile Pro: Offers a longer Bluetooth range and louder ring, making it ideal for items you misplace often or in larger spaces.
• Tile Mate: Has a more compact design and is great for everyday essentials like keys or bags. It’s easy to attach and still provides reliable tracking.

Both models help you locate items, but the Pro is better for those who want extra range and volume, while the Mate is perfect for simple, daily use.

Attaching a Bluetooth tracker is simple. Most trackers have a built-in keyring hole, so you can easily clip them onto keys, bags, or luggage tags. Slim models are designed to fit inside wallets or stick onto flat surfaces. For items without a loop, you can use adhesive or slip the tracker into a pocket. Always make sure the tracker is secure and won’t fall off during daily use. This helps you keep track of your belongings without hassle.

1. First, check the battery—some trackers use replaceable batteries, while others need charging.
2. Restart the app and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
3. If the tracker still isn’t responding, try resetting it according to the instructions in the app or user manual.
4. For persistent issues, look for troubleshooting tips in the app or contact customer support.

Regular maintenance, like keeping the app updated and checking battery levels, can help your tracker stay reliable.
