Stick Flags(1000+)

A small flag attached to a stick is commonly called a stick flag or handheld flag. These flags are designed for easy carrying and waving at events, parades, or memorials. Stick flags come in various sizes and are often used for patriotic displays, celebrations, or as decorative accents in gardens and outdoor spaces. They typically feature a fabric flag mounted on a wooden or plastic pole, sometimes with a decorative tip for added safety or style.

Displaying a stick flag outdoors at night is possible, but it's generally considered respectful to illuminate the flag if it's left out after dark. While some guidelines suggest lighting for certain types of flags, stick flags used for decorative or commemorative purposes may not require strict adherence. If you want to keep your flag visible and in good condition, consider placing it in a well-lit area or bringing it indoors overnight to protect it from weather and fading.

Choosing the right size stick flag depends on how you plan to use it:

• For handheld use: Smaller sizes like 4x6 inches or 8x12 inches are popular for parades and events.
• For outdoor displays: Larger flags, such as 12x18 inches, offer more visibility in gardens or yards.
• For table or desk decor: Miniature sizes work well for compact spaces.

Consider where you'll display the flag and how noticeable you want it to be. Checking the product details on Walmart's site can help you compare options easily.

Some American stick flags may feature different numbers of stars to represent historical versions of the U.S. flag. For example, the current flag has 50 stars for each state, but you might see flags with 13 stars (the original colonies) or other variations for commemorative or educational purposes. Always check the product description to see which design you're getting, especially if you're looking for a specific historical or modern version.

To keep your stick flag in great shape:

• Store indoors when not in use to prevent fading and weather damage.
• Clean gently with a damp cloth if it gets dirty; avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as these can damage the fabric or colors.
• Check the pole for splinters or cracks, especially if it's wooden, and sand lightly if needed.

Proper care can help your flag last longer and stay vibrant for future celebrations or displays.
