Attaching a running patch is pretty simple! Most patches are either iron-on, sew-on, or have a hook-and-loop backing.

• Iron-on: Place the patch where you want it, cover with a cloth, and press with a hot iron for about 30 seconds.
• Sew-on: Use a needle and thread to stitch around the edges for a secure hold.
• Hook-and-loop: Just press the patch onto the compatible surface, and it sticks right away.

Always check the patch's instructions for the best results and to avoid damaging your gear.

Yes, you can wash clothes with patches, but it's a good idea to take a few precautions.

• Turn the garment inside out to protect the patch.
• Use cold water and a gentle cycle.
• Air dry instead of using a dryer, as heat can loosen adhesives or cause fabric patches to shrink.

If your patch is sewn on, it's usually more durable. For iron-on or adhesive patches, check the care instructions to keep them looking their best.

Running patches come in both removable and permanent styles.

• Removable patches often use hook-and-loop (like Velcro) or adhesive backings, so you can swap them out or reposition them easily.
• Permanent patches are typically sewn or ironed onto your gear, making them a lasting addition.

Check the product description to see which type you're getting, and choose the one that fits your needs best.

Running patches are made from a variety of materials, each offering different benefits.

• Fabric patches are common and can be embroidered or printed for durability and style.
• Leather patches provide a classic look and are often used for morale or flag designs.
• Foam and felt patches are lightweight and great for hobby or sport themes.

The material affects how the patch feels, looks, and attaches, so consider your preferences when choosing.

Personalizing your running patch collection is a fun way to show off your style or achievements.

• Mix and match patches with different colors, shapes, and themes.
• Use removable patches to change up your look for different events or moods.
• Arrange patches on bags, jackets, or hats to create a unique display.

You can also look for patches that represent your hobbies, favorite places, or motivational sayings to make your collection truly yours.
