Leveling your pool table can help make every game more enjoyable. Start by placing leg levelers or shims under each table leg. Use a carpenter's level to check the surface, adjusting each leg until the table is even.

• Check all sides and corners for balance.
• Make small adjustments and re-check after each change.
• If your table has adjustable feet, turn them slowly to raise or lower the table.

Taking your time with this process can help improve play and prevent uneven wear on the table felt.

To level a pool table, you'll need a few basic tools:

• A bubble or carpenter's level for accuracy.
• Leg levelers or shims to adjust height.
• Wood wedges for fine-tuning balance.
• Optional: beeswax or marker dots for cloth recovery and marking.

These tools can help you achieve a stable playing surface, and many kits include everything you need for the job. Always follow the instructions provided with your kit for best results.

Leg levelers are designed to fit most pool tables, but compatibility depends on your table's construction.

• Check if your table legs have threaded inserts or flat surfaces for levelers.
• Some tables may require additional hardware or adapters.
• Heavy-duty levelers are best for larger tables, while rubber pads work well for lighter models.

If you're unsure, review your table's manual or reach out to the manufacturer for guidance before installing new levelers.

It's a good idea to check your pool table's level every few months, especially if it's used frequently or moved.

• Changes in flooring or furniture can affect stability.
• Seasonal shifts may cause wood to expand or contract.
• Regular checks help maintain consistent play and protect the table surface.

If you notice balls rolling unexpectedly or uneven play, it's time to re-level your table for the best experience.

If your pool table wobbles, try these steps:

• Tighten all leg bolts and screws to ensure they're secure.
• Add or adjust leg levelers or shims to stabilize the base.
• Check for uneven flooring and place pads or wedges as needed.

Persistent wobbling may indicate a structural issue, so inspect the table frame for damage. Addressing these concerns can help create a safer and more enjoyable game room environment.
