Choosing the right poly envelope size depends on what documents or items you need to store.

• For standard papers, look for envelopes labeled as 'Letter' or 'A4' size.
• If you're organizing smaller items like receipts or coupons, consider smaller envelope options.
• For bulky paperwork, expanding poly envelopes offer extra capacity.

Check the product description for exact measurements to make sure your documents fit comfortably. If you’re storing odd-shaped items, a flexible or expanding envelope can help keep everything secure and organized.

Poly envelope pockets are primarily designed for organizing and storing documents, but some are suitable for mailing.

• Look for envelopes with self-sealing closures or bubble padding if you plan to mail items.
• Always check if the envelope meets postal requirements for thickness and durability.
• For added protection, choose padded poly mailers for fragile contents.

While many poly envelopes are sturdy, using those specifically labeled for mailing can help ensure your items arrive safely.

Labeling poly envelopes is simple and helps keep your documents organized.

• Many poly envelopes come with built-in label pockets—just slide in a paper label for easy identification.
• For envelopes without pockets, use adhesive labels or write directly on the envelope with a permanent marker.
• Color-coded envelopes can also help you sort by category or project.

Clear labeling makes it easier to find what you need and keeps your workspace tidy.

Keeping your poly envelope pockets clean can extend their lifespan.

• Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dust or smudges.
• For tougher stains, use mild soap and water, but avoid harsh chemicals that might damage the material.
• Let envelopes air dry completely before reusing them.

Regular cleaning helps prevent buildup and keeps your documents looking neat and professional.

Poly envelope pockets are made from plastic materials that offer some resistance to moisture.

• They can help protect documents from spills and light rain, but they're not fully waterproof.
• For extra protection, choose envelopes with secure closures like snaps or zippers.
• If you need to store documents in wet environments, consider additional waterproof storage solutions.

While poly envelopes provide basic moisture protection, it's best to avoid prolonged exposure to water.
