Not all ring sizers are created equal, especially when it comes to smart rings. Smart rings like the Oura Ring often use unique sizing systems that don’t match standard jewelry sizes. It’s best to use the official sizing kit designed for your specific smart ring model. This helps ensure a comfortable and secure fit, which is important for both everyday wear and accurate tracking. If you’re shopping at Walmart, look for sizing kits labeled for your smart ring to get the most reliable results.

Ordering a sizing kit for your Oura Ring is simple.

• Search for an official sizing kit on Walmart’s website by entering "Oura Ring sizing kit" in the search bar.
• Add the kit to your cart and complete the checkout process.
• Once it arrives, follow the included instructions to find your best fit before purchasing the actual ring.

There are a few reasons why someone might stop using a smart ring.

• Some users find that the fit isn’t quite right if they didn’t use the correct sizing kit.
• Others may prefer a different style or decide they don’t need the tracking features anymore.
• Occasionally, people switch to other types of wearable technology.

If your smart ring feels tight, it’s a good idea to stop wearing it and check your sizing.

• Try using the sizing kit again, especially at different times of day, since finger size can change.
• If you’re between sizes, opt for the larger one for comfort.
• Walmart’s return policy may allow exchanges if the ring is unworn and in original condition, but check the details before proceeding.

It’s best to avoid regular jewelry cleaners on smart rings, as these products may contain chemicals that could affect the ring’s sensors or finish.

• Instead, gently wipe your smart ring with a soft, damp cloth.
• For stubborn spots, use a mild soap and water solution, then dry thoroughly.
• Avoid soaking the ring or using abrasive materials.
