Many older Fitbit models can still be used for basic activity tracking, like counting steps, monitoring sleep, and checking heart rate. However, some advanced features or app compatibility may change over time as technology updates. It's a good idea to check if your device still syncs with the latest Fitbit app and whether it receives software updates. If your model is no longer supported, you can often still use it for its core features, but newer functionalities may not be available. Always review the product details and compatibility before purchasing accessories or replacement bands.

Identifying your Fitbit model is simple with a few steps:

• Check the back of your device for the model name or number.
• Look at the design—different models have unique shapes, button placements, and display sizes.
• Open the Fitbit app and check the device name listed under your account.
• If you still aren't sure, visit the Walmart product page and compare your device's features and appearance to the images and descriptions.

This can help you find compatible accessories or support information for your specific model.

Many Fitbit devices can sync with popular health and fitness apps, allowing you to track your wellness data in one place. Compatibility depends on the specific Fitbit model and the app you want to use. For example, some apps may require newer devices or certain features, like heart rate monitoring or GPS. Always check the app's requirements and your Fitbit's capabilities. If you're interested in connecting your Fitbit to a particular app, look for integration options in the Fitbit app's settings or the external app's support section.

If your older Fitbit isn't working as expected, try these steps:

• Restart the device by following the instructions in the user manual.
• Check for software updates in the Fitbit app.
• Clean the charging contacts and ensure the charger is connected properly.
• If issues persist, visit the support section on Walmart's website for troubleshooting tips or consider looking into replacement bands or refurbished models available online.

Some problems can be resolved with simple fixes, but if not, exploring a newer model might be an option.
