To add music to your iPod 4th generation, you'll need a computer with compatible software. Most users connect their device via USB and use programs like iTunes to sync music files.

• Plug your iPod into your computer using the USB cable.
• Open your music management software and select your device.
• Choose songs or playlists to sync, then follow the prompts.

If you're using a pre-owned or restored device, make sure it's recognized by your computer. For more help, check the manufacturer's support resources or reach out to Walmart's customer service for guidance.

The iPod Nano 4th generation does not natively support Bluetooth headphones. However, some pre-owned models may include Bluetooth adapters or features.

• Check the product description for Bluetooth compatibility.
• If your device doesn't have Bluetooth, you can use wired headphones or purchase a separate Bluetooth adapter.

Always review the item's details before buying to ensure it fits your needs. If you need help finding compatible accessories, Walmart offers a variety of options in the portable audio section.

When shopping for a pre-owned iPod, consider these tips:

• Review the device's condition and warranty information.
• Check storage capacity to match your music or video needs.
• Look for included accessories like charging cables or headphones.
• Read product descriptions for any signs of refurbishment or battery replacement.

If your iPod Nano 4th generation freezes, you can try a simple reset.

• Hold down the 'Menu' and 'Center' buttons at the same time for about 6-10 seconds.
• The device should restart and display the Apple logo.

This process can help resolve minor glitches. If your device doesn't respond, check for battery charge or consult the manufacturer's troubleshooting guide. Walmart's customer service can also assist with post-purchase support.

To keep your iPod Nano looking good, use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen and body.

• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• If needed, slightly dampen the cloth with water—never apply liquid directly to the device.
• Make sure all ports are dry before reconnecting accessories.

Regular cleaning can help maintain your device's appearance and functionality. For more tips, check out Walmart's electronics care guides or ask a store associate for advice.
