You’ll find the M4 in the latest 7th‑generation 11‑inch and 13‑inch tablets listed on this page. These listings often include terms like “M4 chip”, “OLED”, and storage options such as 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, or 2TB. They come in both Wi‑Fi only and Wi‑Fi + Cellular versions, and some offer nano‑texture glass.

• M4 devices: Look for 7th‑generation 11" and 13" models with “M4 chip” in the title.
• Not M4: Older 10.2" 2019 tablets listed here use earlier chips.
• Tip: Check the product description and filters for “M4” and the generation to confirm, and review condition notes if the item is pre‑owned or restored.

An M4 tablet can be a strong fit if you’re pushing demanding workflows. It’s designed to handle heavier tasks while still feeling responsive for everyday use.

• Great fit: High‑resolution video editing, large Photoshop‑style files, 3D/AR content, advanced multitasking, and intensive games.
• Everyday use: Browsing, streaming, notes, and schoolwork typically run smoothly on a range of chips; M4 simply adds extra headroom.
• Longevity: If you plan to keep your device for several years, the added performance may provide a longer runway as apps evolve.
• On this page: Consider storage and display options alongside performance to match your workload.

Modern tablets manage charging automatically, so overnight charging can be practical when done thoughtfully. These tips can help support long‑term battery health, though results can vary by usage and environment.

• Keep it cool: Charge on a hard, ventilated surface; avoid covering it with blankets or pillows.
• Use quality gear: Stick with reliable, certified chargers and cables.
• Optimize settings: If available, enable features like optimized charging to reduce time spent at 100%.
• Avoid extremes: Don’t charge in very hot or very cold conditions.
• Light cycles: Regularly running between roughly 20%–80% can be gentler than frequent 0%–100% swings.
• Warm case? If it gets warm, remove thick cases during charging.

It makes sense when you need more performance now or want extra headroom for the future. Availability and configurations can vary by inventory, so consider how you’ll actually use the device.

• Power needs: If you handle 4K video, complex design files, or advanced multitasking, the M4 can offer smoother performance.
• Future‑proofing: Planning to keep your tablet for years? The newer chip may help as apps become more demanding.
• Display perks: Many M4 listings feature OLED, which can provide rich contrast for media and creative work.
• Everyday tasks: For reading, streaming, email, and note‑taking, earlier chips often perform well; you might prioritize storage or connectivity instead.

Both connect to Wi‑Fi; the difference is on‑the‑go access. The right pick depends on where you use your tablet and how often you need internet away from hotspots.

• Wi‑Fi only: Good if you’re mostly at home, school, or work, and don’t want a monthly data plan.
• Wi‑Fi + Cellular: Helpful for travel, field work, or commuting when reliable Wi‑Fi isn’t available; requires a compatible data plan.
• Hotspot option: Tethering from a phone can work, but performance depends on your signal and plan.
• Tip: Check the product title for “Wi‑Fi” vs “Wi‑Fi + Cellular,” and confirm any carrier or activation requirements before purchasing.
