Choosing a smartwatch can feel overwhelming, but focusing on a few key points can help:

• Compatibility: Make sure the watch works with your phone (Android or iPhone).
• Features: Decide if you want calling, fitness tracking, sleep monitoring, or sports modes.
• Design: Consider screen size, shape, and band style for comfort and style preferences.
• Water Resistance: If you plan to wear it while swimming or exercising, look for water-resistant options.
• Battery Life: Check how long the battery lasts based on your daily routine.

Reading product details and reviews on Walmart.com can also help you compare options easily.

Many smartwatches available at Walmart include built-in fitness tracking features. These can help you monitor steps, heart rate, sleep patterns, and even specific workouts like running or cycling. Some models offer multiple sports modes and waterproof designs, making them suitable for a variety of activities. Keep in mind, results may vary depending on individual usage and the specific watch model. Always check the product description to see which fitness features are included and compatible with your smartphone.

Some smartwatches are designed with water resistance, which means they can handle splashes or brief immersion. If you want to wear your smartwatch while swimming, look for models with a higher water resistance rating, such as IP67, IP68, or 3ATM. Always review the product specifications to confirm if swimming is recommended. Remember, water resistance can vary, so it's best to avoid pressing buttons underwater or exposing the watch to hot water, as this may affect performance.

Most smartwatches let you connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth. To set up calls and notifications:

1. Download the companion app listed in the product instructions.
2. Pair your smartwatch with your phone using Bluetooth.
3. Follow the app prompts to enable call and notification access.
4. Customize which notifications you want to receive, such as texts, calls, or app alerts.

Setup steps may vary by model, so it's helpful to refer to the user manual or the support section on Walmart.com for more details.

Keeping your smartwatch in good shape is easy with a few simple habits:

• Cleaning: Wipe the watch and band with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Charging: Use the charger that comes with your watch and avoid overcharging.
• Storage: Store your watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Water Exposure: Even if your watch is water-resistant, dry it off after contact with water.

Regular care can help your smartwatch stay functional and looking great for longer.
