Making glitter Easter eggs at home is a fun and creative project! Here’s a simple way to get started:

1. Gather supplies: You’ll need plastic or foam eggs, craft glue, and your favorite glitter colors.
2. Apply glue: Brush a thin, even layer of glue over the surface of each egg.
3. Add glitter: Sprinkle glitter over the glued area, rotating the egg to cover all sides. Do this over a tray to catch extra glitter.
4. Let dry: Place the eggs on wax paper and let them dry completely before handling.

These sparkly eggs are perfect for decorating baskets, wreaths, or your Easter egg hunt!

This year, Easter decor is all about bold colors and lots of sparkle! Popular trends include:

• Glitter and metallic eggs for a festive touch in baskets and centerpieces.
• Hanging egg ornaments on Easter trees or garlands to add dimension and shine.
• DIY craft kits that let families personalize their decorations together.
• Pastel and gold accents for a modern twist on classic spring themes.

Mixing textures like foam, sequins, and tinsel is also big this season, making your Easter setup feel extra special and unique.

Yes, bedazzled Easter eggs are often called glitter eggs, diamond eggs, or sequin eggs depending on the materials used. You might also see them referred to as ornament eggs or decorative Easter eggs when they’re designed for hanging or display. These terms help shoppers find exactly the style they want for crafts, tree decorations, or party accents.

An Easter egg is considered rare or unique if it features limited-edition designs, special finishes like metallic or glow-in-the-dark, or is part of a collectible set. Some eggs stand out because of hand-decorated details, unusual shapes, or creative materials like wood or sequins. For egg hunts, a single gold or glitter egg is often hidden as a special prize, making it the most sought-after find!

Decorating with glitter eggs can really brighten up your Easter party! Here are a few ideas:

• Hang glitter eggs from branches or an Easter tree for a sparkling centerpiece.
• Fill baskets with assorted glitter eggs for table displays or entryway decor.
• Use egg picks in floral arrangements or wreaths to add pops of color and shine.
• Scatter mini glitter eggs on tabletops or around place settings for a festive touch.

Mixing different sizes and colors helps create a playful, eye-catching look for any celebration.
