Glad ForceFlex bags stand out because of their unique stretchable material. The ForceFlex technology lets the bag expand around bulky items, reducing the risk of tears and rips.

• Drawstring closure makes tying and carrying easier.
• Many options include built-in odor control with fresh scents.
• Available in various sizes for kitchen, large, and extra-large needs.

This combination of flexibility and convenience helps keep your kitchen cleaner and makes trash day a little less messy.

Choosing the right size depends on your bin and how much waste you generate.

• For most kitchens, a 13-gallon bag fits standard tall bins.
• Larger bags, like 30- or 33-gallon, are ideal for bigger bins or heavy-duty cleanup.
• Check your bin’s dimensions and look for bags with matching measurements.

If you’re unsure, it’s helpful to measure your bin and compare it to the bag’s listed size to avoid overfilling or leaks.

Glad ForceFlex bags are designed with leak protection in mind. The reinforced material and tight drawstring closure help contain liquids and messy waste.

• Some versions feature LeakGuard or OdorShield for extra protection.
• Using the right size and not overfilling can further reduce leaks.

While no bag is completely leak-proof, these features can help keep your kitchen cleaner and make disposal easier.

Scented trash bags, like those with Gain or Febreze fragrances, are popular for masking odors from food waste.

• They help keep your kitchen smelling fresher between trash changes.
• Ensure the scent doesn’t clash with sensitive items or allergies in your household.

If you’re storing trash for several days, scented bags can make a noticeable difference in odor control, but always tie the bag securely to maximize effectiveness.

To keep your trash bags in good condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• A cabinet or pantry shelf works well for easy access.
• Keep them in their original packaging to protect from dust and moisture.
• If you buy in bulk, consider a storage bin to keep them organized.

Proper storage helps maintain the strength and scent of the bags, so they’re ready when you need them.
