Choosing the right pool float depends on how you plan to use it and who will be using it.

• If you're shopping for kids, look for floats with fun shapes and safety features like handles.
• For adults, consider loungers with backrests or cup holders for extra comfort.
• If you're hosting a party, large multi-person floats or floating games can add excitement.
• Always check the weight capacity and age recommendations to make sure it's a good fit.

Take a moment to read product descriptions and reviews for helpful details before making your decision.

Inflating a floaty is easiest with an electric or manual air pump.

• Attach the pump to the valve and fill until the float is firm but not overinflated.
• If you don’t have a pump, you can use a hair dryer on the cool setting or blow it up manually, though it may take longer.
• Be sure to follow the instructions included with your float to avoid damaging it.

Check for leaks before using and always store your pump nearby for quick top-ups during your party.

Keeping your floaties clean helps them last longer and stay safe.

• After each use, rinse them with fresh water to remove chlorine, salt, or sand.
• For a deeper clean, use mild soap and a soft cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals that can damage the material.
• Let them air dry completely before storing to prevent mold.

Store floaties in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to keep them in good shape for your next pool party.

Many floaties are designed with kids in mind, but it’s important to check the age and weight recommendations listed in the product details.

• Look for floats with sturdy handles and bright colors for visibility.
• Always supervise children while they’re using floaties, as they’re not a substitute for life-saving devices.
• Consider floats that are specifically labeled for kids for added peace of mind.

Safety first—make sure everyone enjoys the water responsibly.

Most pool floats are versatile and can be used at the beach or lake, but it’s good to check the product description for any specific guidelines.

• Floats with thicker material and reinforced seams tend to hold up better in natural water settings.
• Always keep an eye on weather and water conditions, and avoid using floats in rough or deep water.
• Rinse off sand and debris after use to keep your float in top shape.

Enjoy your floaty wherever your summer adventures take you!
