Using Fish Bites bait for saltwater fishing is pretty straightforward. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:

• Cut the strip: Use scissors to cut the bait strip to your preferred size.
• Hook it: Thread the strip onto your hook, making sure it’s secure so it won’t slip off easily.
• Cast and wait: Cast your line into the water and let the bait do its job. Fish Bites are designed to slowly release scent, attracting fish over time.

Always check local regulations for bait use and dispose of any leftover material responsibly.

Absolutely! Fish Bites strips are designed to be flexible. You can easily cut them with scissors to match the size of your hook or the type of fish you’re targeting. This lets you:

• Customize bait size: Use smaller pieces for panfish or larger strips for bigger species.
• Reduce waste: Only use what you need for each session.

Just be sure to handle scissors safely and dispose of any scraps properly.

The longevity of Fish Bites bait in the water can vary based on conditions like current, temperature, and fish activity. Generally, the bait is designed to last long enough to attract fish by slowly releasing scent and flavor. Some products are labeled as "longer lasting," which means they can stay on the hook through multiple casts or bites. For best results, check your bait regularly and replace it if it’s been in the water for an extended period or after catching a fish.
