A dosa maker is a kitchen appliance designed to help you prepare thin, crispy dosas, crepes, or pancakes with ease. It typically features a flat, nonstick surface that heats evenly, so you can spread batter smoothly and cook your favorite flatbreads. Many models offer adjustable temperature controls, making it simple to get the texture you like. Some machines are also versatile enough for making tortillas, quesadillas, or other flatbreads, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes with one appliance.

When making dosas, a flat, nonstick griddle or crepe maker works best.
