Setting up a dancing pole at home usually involves assembling the pole sections, adjusting the height, and securing it between the floor and ceiling. Most portable poles come with clear instructions and tools for installation.

• Check your ceiling height and surface for compatibility.
• Follow the included assembly guide step by step.
• Ensure the pole is tightly secured and stable before use.

It's a good idea to test the pole gently after setup to make sure it's safe for exercise. If you're unsure, consider seeking help from someone experienced in pole installation.

Many portable dancing poles are designed to work on various floor types, including carpet. However, stability can vary depending on the thickness and softness of your carpet.

• Make sure the pole's base sits flat and doesn't wobble.
• Double-check the manufacturer's instructions for floor compatibility.
• Consider placing a sturdy mat underneath for extra support.

If your carpet is very plush, you may need to adjust the pole or choose a firmer surface for optimal safety and performance.

Spinning and static modes refer to how the pole moves during use.

• Static mode: The pole stays fixed, allowing you to practice strength and balance moves.
• Spinning mode: The pole rotates, letting you perform dynamic spins and tricks.

Many poles offer both options, so you can switch modes depending on your workout style. Always check the product details to see which modes are available and follow instructions for changing between them safely.

Keeping your dancing pole clean helps maintain grip and extends its lifespan.

• Wipe the pole with a soft, damp cloth after each use.
• Avoid harsh chemicals; mild soap and water usually work well.
• Dry thoroughly to prevent slipping.

Regularly check for loose parts or wear, and tighten any connections as needed. Proper care can help keep your pole safe and ready for your next workout.
