Mae Ploy curry pastes come in a range of spice levels depending on the variety you choose. For example, green and red curry pastes tend to be on the spicier side, while yellow and massaman pastes are generally milder. If you're sensitive to heat, you can adjust the spiciness by using less paste or adding coconut milk to mellow the flavor. Always check the label for specific ingredients if you have dietary preferences, and consider starting with a small amount to find your preferred spice level.
