Choosing the right smartwatch depends on what you want it to do. Here are a few things to think about:

• Compatibility: Check if the watch works with your phone (Android or iPhone).
• Features: Decide if you want fitness tracking, call/message notifications, or specialty modes like sports or outdoor activities.
• Design: Consider the watch size, display type, and band style for comfort and style.
• Battery Life: Look for watches with battery life that matches your routine.
• Water Resistance: If you plan to wear it while swimming or outdoors, check the water resistance rating.

Reading product descriptions and customer reviews on Walmart.com can help you compare options easily.

Many smartwatches offer built-in fitness tracking features. Depending on the model, you can:

• Track steps, distance, and calories burned
• Monitor heart rate and sleep patterns
• Log workouts with multiple sport modes
• Set goals and view progress over time

Keep in mind that while these features can support your fitness journey, results may vary based on how you use the device and your personal routine. For detailed health advice, it's best to consult a professional.

Many smartwatches are designed with water resistance, but the level varies by model. Some are splash-proof for handwashing or rain, while others can handle swimming or outdoor activities. Always check the product's water resistance rating (like IP68 or ATM ratings) in the description before using it in water.

To keep your device in good shape, dry it thoroughly after exposure to water and avoid pressing buttons underwater unless the manual says it's safe.

Setting up your smartwatch is usually straightforward:

1. Charge the watch fully before first use.
2. Download the companion app recommended in the product instructions (often available on the App Store or Google Play).
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and follow the app's prompts to pair the devices.
4. Customize settings like notifications, watch faces, and health tracking options.

If you run into issues, check the user manual or visit Walmart's online support resources for more help.

To keep your smartwatch looking and working its best:

• Wipe the screen and band with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
• For silicone or rubber bands, mild soap and water can help remove sweat or dirt. Make sure to dry thoroughly before wearing again.
• If your watch is water-resistant, check the manual for any special cleaning instructions.

Regular cleaning can help maintain comfort and appearance over time.
