Choosing the right Command hook size depends on what you want to hang.

• Check the weight of your item and match it to the hook's weight limit, which is usually listed on the packaging.
• Smaller hooks are great for lightweight items like keys or decorations, while larger hooks can handle heavier things like bags or jackets.
• If you're unsure, go for a hook with a higher weight capacity to be safe.

Always follow the instructions for best results and avoid overloading the hooks to help prevent damage to your walls.

Many Command hooks are designed for bathroom use, including those labeled as water-resistant or specifically for bath organization.

• Look for products that mention moisture resistance or bathroom suitability.
• These hooks can help organize towels, razors, or bath accessories without damaging walls.
• For best adhesion, make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying.

Using the right type ensures the hook stays secure even in humid environments.

Command strips and hooks stick best to smooth, clean surfaces like painted walls, glass, tile, and finished wood.

• Avoid using them on rough, textured, or porous surfaces such as brick, wallpaper, or unfinished wood.
• Always clean the area with rubbing alcohol before applying for optimal adhesion.
• Following these tips can help the strips hold securely and make removal easier.

If you're unsure about a surface, check the packaging or product details for guidance.

Removing Command hooks is simple and designed to be damage-free.

1. Hold the hook gently and pull the adhesive strip straight down, not out from the wall.
2. Pull slowly until the strip stretches and releases from the surface.
3. This method helps avoid paint chips or wall marks.

If the strip breaks, follow the instructions on the packaging for alternate removal steps. Taking your time can help keep your walls looking great.

Command clips are a popular choice for hanging holiday lights and decorations.

• They offer a damage-free way to secure string lights, garlands, or banners indoors.
• Choose clear clips for a discreet look and make sure the weight of your lights fits within the clip's capacity.
• Apply clips to clean, dry surfaces for best results.

After the season, you can remove them easily without leaving sticky residue or marks.
