A cocoon swing for adults is a hanging hammock-style seat designed to offer a cozy, enclosed space for relaxation and gentle movement. Many cocoon swings are made from soft, durable materials and can be used indoors or outdoors.

• They're popular for creating a calming environment, which can be especially helpful for those seeking sensory comfort.
• Some models include features like adjustable hardware, swivel hangers, or extra cushions for added support.
• While cocoon swings may benefit adults with sensory needs, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare professional for specific therapeutic advice.

The frequency of using a sensory swing depends on individual needs and preferences.

• Some children may enjoy daily sessions for relaxation or play, while others might use them less often.
• It's important to observe how your child responds and adjust usage accordingly.
• If the swing is being used as part of a therapy plan, you may want to consult with a specialist to determine the best routine.
• Always supervise children during use and ensure the swing is safely installed.

To hang a cocoon swing safely, follow these general steps:

1. Choose a sturdy anchor point, such as a ceiling beam or a swing stand designed for the weight capacity.
2. Use the hardware provided with your swing, like swivel hangers or support bars, and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Check that all attachments are secure and regularly inspect for wear or damage.
4. Make sure the swing is installed at a height that allows easy access and safe movement.
