Start with the paper you’re displaying and match the holder to it.

• Letter (8.5" x 11"): Most common for flyers, menus, and signs. You’ll find both vertical and horizontal options.
• A4: Similar to letter but slightly taller and narrower. Choose A4-labeled holders for international-size documents.
• Small formats (5" x 7", 4" x 6"): Great for photos, table numbers, or small promos.
• Orientation matters: Pick portrait or landscape to match your layout.
• Extra space: Some sleeves and “job ticket” pockets are oversized to make loading easier.

Measure the insert including any borders or lamination so it slides in comfortably without bending.

It depends on where you’ll place your sign and how often you update it.

• Tabletop: T-shaped and slant-back acrylic stands work well on counters, host stands, and desks. T-shaped styles are often viewable from both sides.
• Wall-mounted: Clear frames with adhesive backing are helpful on doors and walls when space is tight. No-drill options are available, and many load from the side or top.
• Magnetic frames: Ideal for metal surfaces like file cabinets, refrigerators, or warehouse racks. Swapping inserts is typically quick.

If you change content frequently, look for holders designed for easy top/side loading to make updates smoother.

A gentle routine can help keep holders clear and readable.

1. Remove any paper inserts before cleaning.
2. Wipe surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth dampened with mild soap and water.
3. Dry with a clean, lint-free cloth to reduce streaks.

• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners and pads, which may haze or scratch clear plastics and acrylic.
• Dry erase pockets: Use dry-erase markers and a soft cloth or eraser to wipe; if needed, a lightly damp cloth can help remove residue.
• Storage tip: Keep holders away from direct heat and heavy weight to help reduce warping.

These steps can help preserve clarity over time, though results may vary with use.

Match the holder style to your content and viewing angle.

• Double-sided: Tabletop T-shaped frames are often designed for viewing from both sides. For sleeves and pockets, placing two prints back-to-back can create a two-sided look.
• Horizontal (landscape): Choose holders labeled for horizontal use, commonly sized for 8.5" x 11", 5" x 7", or 4" x 6" landscape signs.
• Wall displays: Select vertical or horizontal frames to fit your layout. Many adhesive-backed holders load from the side or top for easier updates.

Confirm the orientation and loading direction in the product details so your sign sits straight and stays easy to swap.

Think about whether you’re storing paperwork or showcasing information.

• Displaying: Tabletop acrylic sign holders, vertical T-frames, wall-mounted adhesive frames, and magnetic frames work well for menus, notices, and promotions.
• Organizing: Clear file folders with snap closures, zipper document bags, expanding file folders with tabs, L-shaped project pockets, and sheet protectors for binders help keep papers sorted.
• Archival needs: For photos or keepsakes, look for sleeves described as “acid-free” or “archival safe.”

You can mix and match: use organizers for storage and holders for display. Many options on the page are available for pickup or delivery so you can get what fits your workflow.
