Candy sheets are versatile products designed for a variety of uses in baking and decorating. You can use them to:

• Wrap homemade candies or chocolates for a polished look
• Line baking trays to prevent sticking when making sweets
• Decorate cakes and cupcakes with edible designs or patterns
• Separate layers of treats, like cookies or fudge, for easy storage

Some candy sheets are edible, while others are made for wrapping or supporting confections. Always check the product details to match your project needs.

Many candy sheets are suitable for baking, but it depends on the material. Parchment paper sheets and silicone baking mats are designed to withstand oven temperatures and can help prevent sticking when making cookies, candies, or pastries. However, foil sheets and acetate sheets are typically used for wrapping or shaping candies, not for direct baking. Always review the product description to ensure it's oven-safe before use.

To keep your candy sheets in good condition, follow these tips:

• Store them flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep edible sheets in an airtight container to prevent drying out
• Avoid stacking heavy items on top to prevent creasing or tearing
• For non-edible sheets, reseal the packaging after each use

Proper storage helps maintain the quality and usability of your candy sheets for future projects.

Most candy sheets are safe for kids to use with adult supervision. Edible sheets and parchment paper are generally safe for handling and crafting. However, some sheets, like foil or plastic wraps, may have sharp edges or small parts, so it's best for adults to assist younger children. Always check the packaging for age recommendations and safety guidelines before use.

Choosing the right candy sheet depends on your specific needs:

• Baking: Look for non-stick parchment or silicone sheets
• Wrapping: Foil or wax paper sheets work well for packaging candies
• Decorating: Edible icing sheets add color and design to cakes and treats
• Molding: Acetate sheets help shape chocolate and layered desserts

Review the product details and consider your project's requirements to select the best option.
