Choosing the right size bubble mailer depends on what you're shipping. Here are a few tips to help you decide:

• Measure your item: Add about half an inch to the length and width for a comfortable fit.
• Consider thickness: If your item is bulky, look for a mailer with extra padding.
• Check the closure: Make sure the self-seal flap will close securely over your item.

Review the product dimensions listed on the page to match your needs. If you're unsure, going slightly larger can help prevent overstuffing.

Some poly bubble mailers are designed to be reusable, especially those with a second adhesive strip or a resealable closure. Before reusing, check for any tears or damage that could affect protection. If the mailer is still in good shape, you can use it for sending non-fragile items or for organizing and storing small goods. Always remove or cover old labels to avoid confusion during shipping.

Poly bubble mailers typically offer a water-resistant exterior, which helps protect contents from light moisture during transit. However, they're not fully waterproof, so it's best to avoid exposing them to heavy rain or submerging them in water. For extra protection, consider placing sensitive items in a plastic bag before sealing them inside the mailer.

Bubble mailers are great for shipping a variety of small, lightweight items. Common uses include:

• Books and documents
• Clothing and accessories
• Jewelry and small electronics
• Cosmetics and samples

For fragile or valuable items, make sure the mailer provides enough padding. If you're shipping something delicate, you might want to add extra cushioning inside for peace of mind.

Sealing a self-sealing mailer is quick and easy:

1. Insert your item into the mailer, making sure it fits comfortably.
2. Peel off the protective strip to reveal the adhesive.
3. Firmly press the flap down to create a secure seal.

Double-check that the flap is fully closed to help keep your package safe during shipping. If you need extra security, you can add tape over the seal, but it's usually not necessary with self-sealing mailers.
