• It’s often used in offices, schools, and at home to bind loose sheets together.
• Double loop binding wires make it easy to flip pages smoothly and keep everything secure.
• They’re compatible with binding machines and come in various sizes to fit different sheet capacities.

Whether you’re putting together a project, creating a planner, or assembling a manual, binding wire helps you keep everything tidy and professional-looking.

To tie binding wire for documents, you’ll need a binding machine that matches the wire’s pitch and size.

1. First, punch holes in your paper using the machine.
2. Insert the double loop wire through the holes.
3. Use the machine’s wire closer to clamp the wire shut, securing your pages.

Tip: Make sure the wire size fits your document’s thickness for a snug, secure bind. Always follow your machine’s instructions for best results and safety.

• Check the wire’s diameter and pitch—these details tell you how thick the wire is and how many holes it fits.
• Smaller wires are great for thin documents, while larger wires handle thicker reports or notebooks.
• Always match the wire size to your binding machine’s specifications and your document’s sheet count for the best fit.
