Beard beads usually stay in place by threading your beard hair through the bead and securing it with a small elastic band or by gently twisting the hair before sliding the bead up. Some beads have a tighter hole, which helps grip the hair better. For thicker beards, you might need to use a bead with a larger opening. If you want extra hold, try using a small rubber band above and below the bead. This way, you can style your beard with confidence, knowing the beads are less likely to slip off during your day.

Beard beads are decorative accessories designed to add style or personality to your beard. You simply thread a section of your beard through the bead, which helps keep the hair together and adds a unique look. Some people use them to accentuate braids or dreadlocks, while others use them for special occasions or costumes. Beard beads come in various sizes and materials, so you can choose ones that fit your beard thickness and style preferences. They’re a fun way to personalize your grooming routine and express your creativity.

Yes, you can use beard beads on short beards, but it might take a little creativity. For shorter beards, look for beads with smaller holes or use a small section of hair to thread through the bead. If your beard is too short to hold the bead securely, try using a tiny elastic band to help keep it in place. Some people also braid a small section before adding the bead for extra grip. Experiment with different bead sizes and techniques to find what works best for your beard length.

Choosing the right size beard bead depends on your beard’s thickness and the look you want.

• For thinner beards: Go for beads with smaller holes so they stay secure.
• For thicker or braided beards: Larger beads with wider openings work better.

Cleaning beard beads is simple and helps keep them looking great.

1. Remove the beads from your beard.
2. Wipe them gently with a damp cloth to remove any product or residue.
3. If they’re made of metal or wood, avoid soaking them in water—just use a soft, dry cloth after cleaning.
4. For plastic or resin beads, you can rinse them in mild soapy water, then dry thoroughly.
