Start with age ratings to match your child’s stage. Then consider the style: wall-mounted bubble makers with suction cups are great for tubs, handheld bubble blowers can move between bath and playtime, and bubble bath mats focus on relaxation. Look at features that fit your routine—music, lights, and adjustable bubble intensity can be fun, while simpler models may be quieter. Many are battery-operated, so check power needs and whether the battery compartment is designed to stay out of the water. Measure your space and make sure your bathroom surface suits suction cups. Reviewing product details and customer feedback on Walmart.com can help you compare durability and ease of cleaning.

A clean, smooth surface helps most. Try these steps:

1. Wash the tile with mild soap and water, then dry completely.
2. Wipe the suction cups to remove residue; a light dampening can improve grip.
3. Press firmly, avoiding grout lines or textured areas.
4. Hold for 10–20 seconds to create a good seal.
5. Test the mount before filling the tub, and re-seat if it shifts.

Results can vary based on tile finish and humidity. If cups loosen during long baths, remove, dry surfaces, and reattach. Keep battery compartments and any electronics above the waterline, and position the bubble machine where it won’t be tugged or bumped during play.

Regular maintenance can help them last:

• Empty leftover bubble solution or soap after bath time.
• Rinse non-electronic parts with warm water; use mild soap if needed.
• Avoid submerging battery compartments—wipe them with a damp cloth.
• Let everything air-dry thoroughly to reduce moisture buildup.
• If you notice residue, a gentle wipe with diluted white vinegar can help, but check the care instructions first.
• Store in a dry spot between uses to discourage mold.

For bubble bath mats, follow the included cleaning guidance and avoid harsh chemicals that may affect plastics. Checking the product page on Walmart.com for specific care tips can be helpful.

Match the product to the liquid. Bath-focused bubble makers often use gentle bath soap to create foamy bubbles, while handheld or outdoor-style bubble machines typically use standard bubble solution. Start with the manufacturer’s recommended option if it’s included or listed. Avoid overly concentrated oils or thick gels that can clog bubble nozzles. Using a small amount first can help you gauge output and keep suds manageable. After use, rinse the toy to reduce residue. If you’re switching between bath and outdoor play, keep separate solutions for each to maintain performance. Checking the product details on Walmart.com can clarify compatibility and suggested formulas.

Availability can vary by product. Many bubble makers work with general bubble solution refills you can find in the Bubbles & Water Balloons category on Walmart.com. For bath toys that use soap, you can choose a gentle bath soap that aligns with the item’s guidance. Specific replacement parts (like suction cups or accessories) may not always be stocked; checking the product page for compatible items and contacting the manufacturer can be helpful. Keeping your model name or number handy makes searching easier. When you find refills, you can use delivery or pickup options for convenience, depending on what’s available in your area.
