Choosing the right badge holder depends on how you plan to use it. Consider these factors:

• Card orientation: Check if your ID is vertical or horizontal to match the holder style.
• Capacity: Some holders fit multiple cards, while others are designed for just one.
• Extras: Features like retractable reels, lanyards, or keychains can add convenience for daily use.
• Material: Hard plastic offers durability, while soft sleeves are lightweight and flexible.

Think about your daily routine and what features will make carrying your badge easiest for you.

There are several ways to wear a badge case, and it often comes down to comfort and convenience:

• Lanyard: Great for keeping your badge visible and hands-free around your neck.
• Clip: Attach it to your pocket, belt, or bag for easy access.
• Retractable reel: Lets you extend your badge for scanning without removing it.

Choose the option that fits your work environment and personal preference. Many badge holders at Walmart offer multiple attachment choices for flexibility.

Many badge holders are designed to be water-resistant or waterproof, especially those with zip seals or tightly closed edges. These help protect your ID cards from spills, rain, or splashes. However, the level of protection can vary, so if you need extra security for outdoor or active environments, look for holders specifically labeled as waterproof. Always double-check product details to ensure they meet your needs.

Absolutely! Badge cases are versatile and can hold more than just ID cards. Many people use them for:

• Credit or debit cards
• Bus or transit passes
• Key cards for building access
• Small photos or emergency contact info

Just make sure the items fit securely and don’t overload the holder, which could cause wear over time.

Keeping your badge holder clean is simple:

1. Remove all cards and accessories from the holder.
2. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Mild soap can be used for tougher spots.
3. Dry thoroughly with a clean towel before reinserting your cards.

Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can scratch or weaken the plastic. Regular cleaning can help your badge holder last longer and keep your cards looking sharp.
