Clips found on backpack straps are often called buckles, carabiner clips, side release buckles, or strap adjusters. These clips help secure, adjust, or attach items to your backpack. For example:

• Side release buckles are common for chest or waist straps.
• Carabiner clips are used for attaching gear or accessories.
• Ladder lock buckles help adjust strap length.

Knowing the right name can make it easier to find replacements or accessories for your backpack at Walmart.

• Adding removable straps or charms
• Offering a quick-release option for convenience

Beetle clips are valued for their ease of use and versatility in organizing or personalizing your bag.

To help keep your backpack strap from sliding, try these tips:

• Adjust the strap length so it fits snugly but comfortably.
• Use strap clips or web dominators to secure excess webbing.
• Look for backpacks with anti-slip chest or sternum straps for added stability.
• If your strap is smooth, consider adding a rubber or textured sleeve for extra grip.

These options can help your backpack stay in place, especially during active use or when carrying heavier loads.

If your bag doesn’t have built-in holes or loops, you can use these solutions:

• Carabiner clips or snap hooks can latch onto existing hardware, like zipper pulls or D-rings.
• Webbing straps with adjustable clips can wrap around handles or secure through tight spaces.
• Some adhesive or clip-on strap connectors are designed for temporary attachment without damaging your bag.

These methods let you add or swap straps easily, making your bag more versatile for different uses.
