reqd review for glasses... having signature was a pia for me but i understand why

The back and forth you have to endure for them to process a return/refund was crazy!

Seller did not back up the product. Sooer lied about their being a signature on the signature request, never received the package, so I push me off to Walmart saying they had to handle it. Walmart pushed me off the seller seller pushed me back to Walmart even contacted the post office. The post office said that there was no signature. Seller said that it was delivered which it was not. Walmart said after 12 hours Surgery refund me then they said after 24 hours they would refund me then they said after 48 hours they’d refund me and I still haven’t received my refund. Sooer did not want me to leave them a bad review, but I’m not leaving a bad or a good review. Just the facts. You don’t know if you’ll get your product or not. I feel it’s their responsibility since they sent it and they lied about the signature, it was too tiny little lions not even a signature. It was very shady the whole action and as I said, I still haven’t even got my refund yet. I will not be rewarding from this company and if you do buy, beware you might get what you are you might not.
