sent wrong item worth 100 less than item i bought; communication via emailninternet was okay but i was never given option to rebuy

I was not happy with the China cabinet I received the two guys that came and delivered it knew the China cabinet is broken they didn’t tell me but they signed the paperwork and then took out of the truck and put the boxes in the house broke side facing the wall so I don’t see it when I looked I was mad and I told the guys to take it back I said you are trying to trick me the guy said we just a delivery man you need to call Walmart customer service or the sell because you bought this Walmart online I took me 8 months I was calling Walmart people Fed Ex people third party people and seller but no one had an answer Walmart customer service told me to return label I made about different different labels every week I still have the labels and I told the seller to take it back he said exstra $700 to pick it up I why do I need to pay more after talking to 100 people I did get my refund back but broken China cabinet is still sitting in my garage I just don’t what to do with it I was so happy when I bought it but when it came broken it just broke my heart I learned a lesson never buy anything from this seller the seller never answered the phone on time I went through very bad time with seller not a good review Friends never buy anything from sellers company I had a very bad experience with this seller third party Fed Ex Walmart customer service because they told me to call Fed Ex will come and pick it up they came twice and said it’s too heavy item we can’t take it I been going back and forth calling Walmart customer service seller FedEx third party no one was helping I cried a lot it effective my health it took 8 months to get my money back I don’t like this sell I don’t give any stars booo service to seller not good service very poor service

Delivered damaged table and did nothing to resolve. Went back and forth for months with seller and Walmart and no-one helped. Avoid buying from seller and Walmart. So upsetting

I had a terrible experience with TOV Furniture. All four products I ordered arrived damaged and were of poor quality. It’s clear their quality control is severely lacking. The furniture was poorly made, and dealing with this company was nothing but a headache. I cannot recommend TOV Furniture to anyone—avoid at all costs!

They sent me the wrong cabinet. I contacted them and they were not much help at all. Just said to return it.

The package was well padded. The item is pretty much as described. However- My 2 objections are that the container is not air tight and the original description said “ set of 2”. I only received one and it appears the seller has amended the description. I would still recommend the product and the seller as it is very lovely and useful.

Even when we contacted Walmart the stated that it meant only one, when the their description clearly says four, but once the order is placed it only says quantity of one.
