Beware of seller. I bought the Garmin DriveSmart 76, but seller sent me the DriveSmart 76 EX trying to pull the wool over my head like I wouldn't notice. For anyone that doesn't know the difference, it is like buying the V8 Camero but an inline 4 cylinder is what is gets delivered. I should have heeded the advice from all the negative comments.

The GPS Garmin 76 EX was delivered promptly. However, the box was unsealed, and the Garmin box was scuffed. Some of the items in the box were not wrapped in the box. It appears that this is an item that was returned by a previous customer. The GPS appears to be working in the car. However, the battery does not hold a charge, and cannot be used outside the car, which is not acceptable.

Box had stickers removed leaving a torn area, sticky place were tape had been removed. I'm not sure it is new, packaging looks suspiciously like it is probably either a returned unit or maybe refurbished. Not happy with this. Not an honest seller.

Very angry. I was sent a Garmin that had obviously already been returned and was defective. It only partially charges and dies within minutes of turning it on. Very frustrated that I would be sent something knowing full well that it was defective. Walmart should ban this seller. It didn't even ship from Walmart, it came from eBay! If I wanted to buy from eBay I would have gone to eBay.
