I ordered 2 PS2 controllers and received 1 and a candle maker kit. I contacted the seller and was told (direct quote of the entire response) "sorry, these messages are often received late or never arrive on our side via email. We can check and complain with the warehouse but at this point, its so late. we just have to wait for you." I do not understand as I told them these were Christmas gifts and just opened the package, basically 10 days after receiving the package and I notified them that day. There should be no "check with the warehouse" I should be receiving my second PS2 and a prepaid label to send back the candle maker kit. How these two items could have been confused is baffling. It shows 2 PS2 controllers were sent but that is not what was received. Horrible response from the seller, not helpful in the least.

Incorrdt item shipped…Not remotely similar to the item I ordered.

Have not received my refund...it's a rip off.. they commercial items that do NOT perform as commercialed..

Their phone number isn’t even a valid phone number. And I wish there were clearer instructions.

Been contacting this place for about a month now still no response

Was given wrong tracking number I tried to call first and phone number is out of service. I then emailed company about getting incorrect tracking number with a short and confusing reply. I tried emailing a second time with no response I ended up having to call Walmart support and they contacted company and I finally got correct tracking number within 24hrs. Poor customer service and accountability

Took a week to receive product after ordering through Walmart.com. Over $20 cheaper than major gaming stores.

They sent them right out had them in a few days after my order.
