I had no need to communicate with the seller the puzzle was just as described and delivered as promised. It was a big hit with my grandsons who are also outdoorsmen.

Beautiful puzzle although very challenging. Delivery had no issues, very satisfactory.

Item arrived in a timely manner, was packaged well.

Came sooner than expected. The only thing that was confusing -- shipping was shown as from Las Vegas and then all the tracking originated in Ontario, Cananda.

Communication was great and the accuracy of the item was spot on.

Received the item way earlier than expected, just the right time for gift giving!

Shipped the wrong item twice. Initially contacted seller after receiving first shipment and they assured that it was a warehouse error, that the correct item is in stock and to return item. Returned and reordered….again for 2nd time received incorrect item. Either the warehouse is creating errors or their website description is incorrect for this item..Kinkade Italian Cafe “Diamond painting kit”… they ship a “paint by number kit” in error. The two star rating gives credit because they do ship quickly and package well.

I have requested information about their product for two days running and haven't hear a peep back from them.
